How to reply to your account
Use your phone number to log in to WhatsApp, and enter the 6-digit verification code you received in the SMS to verify the phone number. Please go to the user manual to learn more about verifying phone numbers: Android | iPhone.
After you enter the 6-digit SMS verification code, the person who is using your account will be forced to log out automatically.
You may also be prompted to enter a two-step verification code. If you don’t know this verification code, the person who hijacked your account may have enabled the two-step verification function. If there is no two-step verification code, you must wait 7 days before logging in again. Regardless of whether you know this verification code or not, as long as you enter the 6-digit SMS verification code, you will be logged out of your account.
